WHAT IS ‘CLICK & COLLECT’?
‘Click & Collect’ is a convenient way to purchase products online and collect them in store at a later date.
It’s a good alternative to paying for delivery.
After adding an item to the shopping cart you can select ‘Click & Collect’.
After making your online purchase, you can present your email invoice and your driver’s license to collect the product.
• Click & Collect items will be ready to pick up during store trading hours.
• Please present your collection email to the checkout at the front of the store.
• A valid driver’s license must be presented for identification.

Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing as we do NOT offer refunds, however you can exchange or return the item within seven (7) days to receive a store credit. Please maintain your receipt for proof of purchase. Items without a receipt will NOT be exchanged. Freight charges will apply for returns and exchanges.

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement item will be sent freight free. We do NOT refund. Exchange only. Freight charges are applicable for exchanges and returns.

Once we have received the return item you will be issued with a store credit to the value of the item/s purchased. You will NOT be credited for shipping costs.
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items.

Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and Horsham Lighting & Decor reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time. Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason, beyond our control, we are unable to supply ordered items, we will notify you via email. In this instance, your item(s) will either be placed on back order, or you will have the option to remove that item from your order.
You will be notified via email or SMS once your order is ready. Due to the nature of the Lighting Industry, some items may not be in stock at the time you place your order, so it is
important that you have received confirmation that your order is available.
Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims. Warranty is valid within Australia only.
Orders are shipping via Australia Post or local courier. Orders must be placed with a daytime delivery address, or by the instruction to leave at front door. Any redeliveries will incur extra charges and you will be responsible for the costs.
All freight charges will be calculated by size and weight. Charges will be quoted at time of order or on request.
We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 72 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will endeavour to notify you within 48 hours.
Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery.
